MODEL HSLG SLIDE GATE OPERATOR
HLGS Operator The HSLG is the perfect Automatic Gate Opener for the Industry that is looking for a powerful work horse of a gate operator. The HSLG can be used with 115v single phase up to 460v three phase operations. This slide gate opener can open a gate up from 20 feet up to 55 feet depending on the type of gate you are using it on. There are different maximum gate weights depending on the horse power you choose. For example the ½ horse power opener can open a gate weighing up to 900 lbs. were as the 1 hp. can open a gate up to 1500 lbs. See Automatic Gate Opener Specification below for further information.

Specifications:

The slide gate operator shall be the Model HSLG Heavy-Duty Automatic Gate Opener as manufactured by Operator Specialty Company, Inc.

Cabinet: Electrical:
  • Weather-resistant galvannealed steel cabinet with powder coat finish
  • Lockable, gasketed, hinged and removable front cover for easy acces
  • 1/2, 3/4 or 1 hp, 115 or 230 VAC, single phase, thermally protected, heavy-duty PSC motor; 1/2, 3/4 or 1 hp, 230 or 460 VAC, 3 phase heavy-duty motor
  • Magnetic solenoid disc brake
  • Power on/off switch
  • Emergency stop/reset button on front cover
  • Duplex receptacle on 115 VAC units
  • Three-button control station included
  • Accessory connections are 24-volt AC or DC
  • Easily adjustable rotary limit switches
  • Full system capable for access controls and reversing device
Mechanical:
  • #40 roller chain and sprockets
  • Adjustable torque limiter
  • Heavy-duty pillow-block bearings
  • Efficient double V-belt drive
Mounting: Manual Release:
